Friday, November 20th

Today was another day of my exercise plan. 2 mile jog with a Chest and triceps workout to follow. I can tell my cardio is improving greatly by running. For lunch I had some tuna sandwiches with water and a banana. And for dinner I had some chicken breasts.

Thursday, November 19th

Another 2 mile run to stay on track and keep my metabolism high throughout the day. Along with a chest workout with triceps to follow. Nothing to crazy to eat, had a pork roast and some French fries for supper. Not necessarily the best thing to eat but it was the only meal I had all day.

Wednesday, November 18th

Today at the gym was a back and bicep workout that also implemented a little cardio. However, I did not record the cardio we did that day so I cannot say. I did a 1 mile run with a more intense pace that would hopefully keep me on track for success. Toast, bananas, Greek yogurt, cereal and 3 slices of pizza was what I ate for the day.

Tuesday, November 17th

My morning workout at the gym involved legs and shoulders, and later in the day would be another two mile run. I wanted to keep a consistent plan going that would improve my cardio and raise my metabolism. My dinner was water, tea, mashed potatoes, Greek yogurt, a sandwich and pretzels.

Monday, November 16th

This is the first day of this weight loss program and will be a experimental day to try some new stuff. My daily workout consisted of a 2 mile jog with a Chest and triceps workout at the gym. The foods I ate would consist of water, bananas, chicken, toast and some ice cream as a desert.
